Director of Analog Design(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will lead the analog design strategy while driving innovation and ensuring high-quality delivery of analog solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring teams, collaborating with various departments, and managing resources to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• •Minimum 15 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
• •At least 5 years in a leadership role
• •Proven track record of successful tape-outs and product launches in Analog Design
• •Deep expertise in analog design fundamentals and power management circuits
• •Experience with state of the art software engineering tools
• •Experience in automotive-grade IC development and IATF and/or ISO compliance
• •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• •Experience managing cross-cultural teams and working in a global matrix organization
• •Ability to travel internationally as needed
