Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful tape-outs and product launches in Analog Design
- Deep expertise in analog design fundamentals and power management circuits
- Experience with state of the art software engineering tools
- Experience in automotive-grade IC development and IATF and/or ISO compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams and working in a global matrix organization
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
Tasks
- Define and execute the analog design strategy
- Translate business goals into operational plans
- Guide execution across global teams
- Drive innovation in analog design methodologies
- Develop and verify analog IP and full-chip solutions
- Oversee architecture and design of analog blocks
- Champion design best practices and compliance
- Lead and mentor teams of analog designers
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Oversee recruitment and performance management
- Partner with cross-functional teams for integration
- Represent the analog design function in engagements
- Collaborate with leadership on design strategies
- Manage department budgets and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency
