Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- •Minimum 15 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
- •At least 5 years in a leadership role
- •Proven track record of successful tape-outs and product launches in Analog Design
- •Deep expertise in analog design fundamentals and power management circuits
- •Experience with state of the art software engineering tools
- •Experience in automotive-grade IC development and IATF and/or ISO compliance
- •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- •Experience managing cross-cultural teams and working in a global matrix organization
- •Ability to travel internationally as needed
