- Drive AI adoption across all departments
- Define nextbike’s AI roadmap
- Evolve nextbike’s AI roadmap
- Identify AI competitive advantages
- Lead "Build vs. Buy vs. Partner" evaluations
- Ensure measurable ROI of AI initiatives
- Identify value-centric AI use cases
- Prioritize value-centric AI use cases
- Drive value-centric AI use cases
- Deliver projects reducing OPEX or driving revenue
- Catalyze nextbike’s AI-first evolution
- Design AI enablement programs
- Build company-wide AI literacy
- Ensure employees integrate AI into workflows
- Monitor GenAI, LLM, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics trends
- Scout external partners to accelerate roadmap
- Establish a Responsible AI framework
- Ensure data usage complies with EU regulations
- Align data usage with social and ecological responsibility
