Senior Backend Engineer - Golang(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will drive the technical direction by building scalable backend services and integrating AI-driven features while mentoring engineers to elevate overall standards.

Requirements

• •6+ years of backend software development experience
• •Strong proficiency in Golang and Java/Kotlin experience
• •Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• •Real-time OLAP experience
• •Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• •Pragmatic mindset regarding maintainability and reliability
• •Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems
• •Understanding of RAG or model integration
• •Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging
• •Curiosity and motivation to learn technologies

Tasks

• •Design and operate scalable backend services
• •Build APIs for internal and external platforms
• •Manage production systems from development to monitoring
• •Integrate AI and LLM-based components into architectures
• •Validate and harden prototypes for production use
• •Collaborate with ML and Data teams on features
• •Implement logging, metrics, and tracing observability standards
• •Maintain secure, performant, and cost-aware systems
