Tasks

  • Drive commercial outcomes and NNAOV in key industries
  • Steer top account sales teams to capture NNAOV
  • Create monthly transparency on industry performance
  • Facilitate regular exchange on competitive moves
  • Advocate for funding and resources to capture industry opportunities
  • Drive structured account planning and pre-sales/post-sales motion design
  • Lead cross-functional tiger teams
  • Ensure cohesive operation of tiger teams
  • Orchestrate successful sales and post-sales motions
  • Align roles and responsibilities across customer journey stages
  • Lead Salesforce Innovation Centers and external presentations
  • Develop and deliver bespoke CxO presentations
  • Implement CxO-relations motions for top executive engagement
  • Leverage industry experts for thought leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor on the agentic enterprise
  • Embed Agentforce vision into industry-tailored narratives
  • Produce and oversee CxO demo and video content
  • Coach account teams on AI transformation narratives
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize CxO industry assets
  • Develop industry success stories and value cases
  • Structure CxO content repositories using GenAI
  • Coordinate global COE industry enablement strategy
  • Collect and route critical product feedback
  • Validate industry marketing plans and investments
  • Steer overall CCO team operations
  • Define and monitor success criteria
  • Ensure consistent adoption of Agentic Account Planning template
  • Drive cadence and V2MOM alignment across the CCO organization
