Tasks
- Drive global development of Procurement Shared Services
- Implement and standardize Procurement processes
- Manage performance and ensure efficient execution
- Align with Group Functions and Global Process Owners
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and continuously improved
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Procurement
- Maintain high-quality service delivery and green dashboards
- Implement continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Define and monitor key performance metrics
- Drive global standardization of processes and product portfolios
- Identify and implement automation potentials
- Reduce manual work through automation tools
- Oversee integration of new scope and acquired companies
- Identify and upskill future talent needs
- Maintain high team engagement and prevent turnover
- Develop next tier of leadership
- Ensure 'First-Time Right' results
- Adhere to group policies and ICS to mitigate risks
