- Continuously innovate to optimize costs and improve user experience
- Develop and execute multi-year roadmap for Shared Services People
- Ensure timely and high-quality task completion
- Implement continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Define and monitor key performance metrics
- Drive quality enhancement measures
- Implement global standard processes and product portfolio
- Identify and implement automation potentials
- Reduce manual work through automation tools
