Requirements

  • •Extensive hands-on experience leading large-scale ERP implementations/migrations
  • •Strong preference for SAP S/4HANA Cloud or comparable modern ERP systems
  • •Ability to build and manage high-performing, globally distributed IT teams
  • •Experience building support models balancing agility and security
  • •Deep understanding of core processes in consumer electronics/media business
  • •Track record of successfully influencing and communicating complex topics

Tasks

  • •Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation
  • •Own the execution and support of global ERP implementation
  • •Standardize processes across all legal entities
  • •Establish the global application function
  • •Build the organizational structure and talent for the Enterprise Applications department
  • •Develop the roadmap for core business applications
  • •Align application strategy with expansion and new product initiatives
  • •Ensure integration between the ERP system and customer-facing systems
  • •Support the Global E-Commerce Platform for sales expansion
  • •Implement governance and support structures for operational excellence
  • •Oversee system lifecycle management and vendor relationships
  • •Drive process standardization across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales
  • •Manage related budget planning
