- Analyze KPI performance to recommend actions
- Identify new business opportunities and feasibility
- Direct finance, controlling, and treasury departments
- Optimize financial and liquidity processes
- Manage monthly and annual financial statements
- Automate financial processes using AI tools
- Conduct market and competitor benchmark analyses
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
- Support recruiting for finance and controlling teams
