As the Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing budgeting, managing M&A activities, and optimizing financial processes, all while driving innovation and profitability.

Requirements

• •10+ years of management experience in finance
• •Successful management of international projects and teams
• •Experience with budget, sales, and liquidity planning
• •Proven track record in M&A or buy-and-build activities
• •Expertise in transfer pricing is an advantage
• •Very good knowledge of modern financial tools & ERP systems
• •High digital affinity and openness to innovation
• •Analytical strength and structured approach to work
• •Strong communication and presentation skills

• •Strong implementation skills and hands-on mentality

Tasks

• •Oversee budget and sales planning, including liquidity development
• •Establish and manage treasury, risk management, and transfer pricing
• •Lead M&A activities and drive the buy-and-build strategy
• •Develop and implement efficiency programs at all levels
• •Conduct controlling and performance analysis based on KPIs, providing actionable recommendations
• •Identify and design new business opportunities through market analyses, business cases, and feasibility studies
• •Manage and enhance commercial areas including finance, controlling, treasury, and tax/audit
• •Optimize financial and liquidity processes
• •Ensure accuracy of monthly and annual financial statements, inventories, and reporting
• •Digitize and automate financial processes, focusing on AI and modern tools
• •Perform market, competition, and benchmark analyses to inform operational measures
• •Collaborate closely with external partners and stakeholders
• •Participate in the recruitment process for finance and controlling teams
