Tasks
- Lead the BPM Sales team within NCE Finance
- Report to the Senior Vice President, CFO Finance NCE
- Partner with Sales Management for effective financial reporting
- Communicate financial metrics clearly to support business understanding
- Drive data-driven business decisions with strategic insights
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
- Support business development initiatives and financial requests
- Promote best practices and benchmarking across the region
- Assess and approve sales deals, including precalculations
- Apply a 'check and challenge' approach to risk management
- Coordinate planning activities like Forecasting, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning
- Bridge financial topics between Group and Region
- Update on financial reporting, compliance, and planning processes
- Manage finance-related projects across business and group initiatives
- Conduct high-quality, cross-functional analyses for Sales Management
- Support risk mitigation scenarios
