  • •Monitor delivery performance and inventory integrity via KPIs
  • •Oversee warehouse staff recruitment, training, and safety
  • •Lead multi-level customer support and technical service teams
  • •Establish service level and customer satisfaction metrics
  • •Design customer escalation protocols and feedback loops
  • •Adapt ERP systems for technical service documentation
