Requirements

  • Consulting experience in industrial space or equivalent
  • Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing teams of individual contributors
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Basic manufacturing or pricing experience (plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Italian or Swedish language skills (plus)

Tasks

  • Lead and grow the DACH customer success team
  • Support operations in Italy and the Nordics as needed
  • Manage key customer interactions and expansion processes
  • Drive trust and net revenue retention
  • Develop and execute a DACH customer success strategy
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer engagement
  • Maximize customer ROI and success with solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key customers
  • Monitor and analyze customer success metrics
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
  • Align strategies with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
