Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience or equivalent education
- 10+ years marketing experience
- Deep expertise in CRM/lifecycle marketing
- Deep expertise in paid media/performance marketing
- Proven track record building lifecycle programs
- Strong experience planning paid media
- Strong experience optimizing paid media
- Analytical fluency
- Comfort partnering with BI/Analytics teams
- Ability to lead cross-functional programs
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong planning discipline
- Strong execution discipline
- Experience in privacy-first environment
- Familiarity with GDPR strongly preferred
- Familiarity with consent-based marketing strongly preferred
Tasks
- Develop and lead performance marketing strategies for business growth
- Oversee digital campaign planning and execution across paid channels
- Define and monitor key performance metrics for ROI and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing goals
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for cost efficiency
- Drive innovation by testing new marketing channels and tools
- Build relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team
- Own the Germany lifecycle marketing strategy for the full customer journey
- Build and optimize CRM lifecycle programs across channels
- Lead paid media strategy and execution in Germany
- Lead integrated planning for Tier 1 moments and priority campaigns
- Partner with Analytics to define and track KPIs
- Run a test-and-learn agenda for incrementality and experimentation
- Develop segmentation and trigger strategies based on behavior
- Manage budgets and performance for ROI improvement
- Lead agency and vendor partners for execution and accountability
- Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Analytics, Creative, and Legal/Privacy teams
