Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• •8+ years of experience in marketing or agency role
• •Exceptional organisational and project management skills
• •Strong verbal and written communication in English and German
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• •Solid understanding of marketing principles and analytics
• •Proactive interest in marketing discipline
• •Measurable success in innovative and agile high-growth environment
• •Highly analytical and comfortable with financial metrics reporting
• •Bachelor and/or equivalent work experience

Tasks

• •Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
• •Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
• •Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
• •Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
• •Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members
• •Shape the DEATCH marketing strategy with the marketing leadership team
• •Create Go-To-Market strategies and updates for senior stakeholders
• •Coordinate cross-functional campaigns across digital and social platforms
• •Collaborate with the global lifecycle team to craft impactful CRM journeys
• •Execute partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with key partners
• •Define success metrics for campaigns with the analytics team
• •Track marketing performance, analyze insights, and recommend optimizations
• •Connect the DEATCH team with global marketing teams for idea sharing
• •Support the creation of campaign materials from brief to final creative
• •Establish tracking methods for campaign performance and insights
• •Organize plans, calendars, and performance information for clarity
