Requirements
- PhD/Master’s degree with longstanding experience in (bio)pharmaceutical industry
- Very good understanding of Biotech/Pharma market, products, players, and technologies
- Strong business acumen, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent networking and relationship skills with account focus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of German (verbally and written)
- Excellent command of English (verbally and written)
- Willingness to travel internationally, around 40%
- Consideration for persons with severe disabilities
Tasks
- Execute contract manufacturing business strategy
- Acquire new mammalian products in EU market
- Screen and develop new accounts in mammalian arena
- Manage new accounts and products
- Represent business at global conferences and events
- Scout potential new EU accounts and products
- Network extensively across various channels
- Serve as primary contact for new accounts
- Lead BioXcellence acquisition process
- Collaborate with global BDKAM & Marketing team
- Work closely with BioXcellence Functions and Biopharma network
- Manage and document account relationships
- Understand and address account needs
- Act as account ambassador to internal organization
