Requirements

  • PhD, Master’s degree, or comparable qualification
  • Longstanding experience in (bio)pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of Biotech/Pharma market and technologies
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • Execute the contract manufacturing business strategy
  • Acquire new mammalian products in the EU market
  • Screen and develop new mammalian accounts
  • Refresh and expand the customer and product portfolio
  • Represent the business at global conferences and events
  • Scout potential new EU accounts and products
  • Network extensively across various industry channels
  • Act as the primary contact for new accounts
  • Lead the BioXcellence acquisition process
  • Collaborate with global marketing and biopharma teams
  • Manage and document account relationships
  • Advocate for customer needs within the internal organization
