  • Proactively provide data-informed insights and PoVs
  • Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities
  • Manage a team of AM Revenue Operations professionals
  • Define team roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure successful execution of day-to-day operations
  • Drive completion of longer-term projects
  • Enable the AM organization to meet objectives
  • Create an efficient ecosystem of processes and tools
  • Improve the AM organization’s day-to-day experience
