Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical/engineering or Business Administration
- •Basic experience with Procurement/Supply Chain processes (1-2 years)
- •Minimum 3 years' experience with any ERP software
- •Ability to work autonomously under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- •Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- •Quick learner and adaptable to new challenges
- •Independent thinker and problem solver
- •Applicants from NATO friendly countries only
- •Direct experience as a Supply Chain officer within a large Aerospace OEM

Tasks
- •Ensure workshops are stocked with consumables, equipment, and tools
- •Provide necessary materials for new office spaces
- •Supply in-house production teams with raw materials and parts
- •Perform strategic sourcing and supplier evaluation
- •Negotiate terms and conditions and pricing with suppliers
- •Manage supplier on-time delivery and contracts
- •Run continuous improvement initiatives
- •Engage in stakeholder management
- •Coordinate with AIT, Engineering, and Quality departments on material specifications
- •Ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements
- •Maintain financial oversight and report actuals and forecasts
