- Consult on AV planning for office moves and meeting room redesigns
- Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials
- Provide AV consultation for company-wide events
- Prepare and test AV setups for high-profile meetings
- Offer hands-on support and troubleshooting for AV issues
- Liaise with AV peers at Bertelsmann on technology strategies
- Provide Digital Workplace support as needed
