- Ensure consistent tracking and documentation of digital initiatives
- Coordinate agile delivery teams
- Track dependencies and prioritize tasks
- Facilitate collaboration between business, IT/Digital teams, and vendors
- Promote agile practices and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove delivery blockers
- Maintain transparency on project execution
- Build trusted relationships between business and IT/Digital stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly
- Support stakeholder engagement and change management
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions
- Champion effective communication practices
- Advocate for digital-first, AI-enabled ways of working
- Embed a culture of collaboration and transparency
- Support digital transformation awareness and engagement
- Encourage business ownership and participation in digital initiatives
