- Raise and address project risks and issues, collaborating with relevant teams to mitigate them
- Facilitate team meetings and workshops to drive work forward
- Mentor the team on agile and lean principles and practices as needed
- Manage stakeholder relationships and inter-team dependencies with the Programme Manager
- Support all aspects of the project from business case to delivering value
- Create artefacts to communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, and opportunities
- Sustain a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring frequent delivery of business outcomes
