Digital Marketing Designer – Performance, CRM & UI/UX(m/w/x)
Designing high-performing creative assets for paid social and CRM campaigns. Performance marketing and A/B testing experience required. Hybrid work, two days WFH, additional holidays.
Requirements
- 3-4 years digital design experience (in-house/agency)
- Focus on performance marketing, CRM, digital campaigns
- Excellent layout and visual design skills
- Design for paid social, CRM/email, conversion assets
- Strong understanding of performance principles
- Conversion-oriented design thinking
- Experience designing for multiple digital platforms
- Adapt assets per channel requirements
- Hands-on experience in video editing
- Motion adaptation for short-form content
- Excellent Figma skills
- Solid Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
- Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles
- UI/UX for landing pages, e-commerce, conversion focus
- Experience designing digital user journeys (plus)
- Experience designing landing pages (plus)
- Experience designing on-site campaign assets (plus)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to manage fast turnaround times
- Strong aesthetic eye
- Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle brands
- Proactive and well-organized
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Experience with generative AI tools (plus)
- English (C1)
- Native German, French, or Italian (plus)
Tasks
- Design high-performing creative assets for paid channels
- Translate campaign objectives into strong creative concepts
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Iterate on ad creatives based on performance data
- Optimize designs for platform-specific best practices
- Collaborate on campaign ideation and performance thinking
- Analyze creative performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Ensure fast turnaround of campaign assets
- Edit and produce video content for digital campaigns
- Support creation of high-level campaign videos
- Execute hands-on video editing tasks
- Adapt long-form brand content into short-form assets
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, and light animations
- Optimize video outputs for mobile-first consumption
- Collaborate with marketing teams to iterate video content
- Design visually engaging email templates
- Support lifecycle campaigns with CRM and marketing teams
- Create modular design systems for email
- Execute monthly CRM layouts for campaigns
- Localize and adapt CRM creative systems for seasonal moments
- Ensure CRM layouts are readable and mobile-responsive
- Design assets for CRM channels beyond email
- Support segmentation and personalization efforts
- A/B test CRM creatives to improve key metrics
- Ensure CRM touchpoints reflect brand identity and performance goals
- Design landing pages and e-commerce touchpoints
- Contribute to digital user journeys
- Design assets with mobile-first behavior and conversion best practices
- Maintain consistency with brand design systems
- Advance skills in Figma
- Translate brand guidelines into conversion-oriented layouts
- Work closely with performance, CRM, marketing, and creative stakeholders
- Collaborate within the design team under guidance
- Contribute a performance-oriented, digital-first mindset
