Requirements
- Proven expertise in Modern Device Management
- Deep MDM administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD)
- M365 knowledge
- Knowledge of identity-driven security
- Proficiency in PowerShell or Bash
- Multi-OS proficiency (Windows and macOS)
- Experience with Jamf or similar tools (plus)
- High attention to detail
- Uncompromising approach to quality and security
- Strong analytical skills
- Troubleshooting complex deployment failures
- Mandatory proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Manage Intune policies for configuration, compliance, and security.
- Manage and optimize automated deployments with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
- Package, deploy, and update fleet software.
- Enforce security baselines.
- Enforce BitLocker and FileVault encryption.
- Integrate device compliance with Entra ID Conditional Access.
- Manage hardware inventory lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
- Handle complex hardware and software escalation.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for end-users.
- Work closely with DevOps and Central IT teams.
- Align device management with global infrastructure standards.
- Align device management with global security standards.
