Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or similar
  • •Proficiency with design engineering tools such as NX, TeamCenter, Solidworks or similar
  • •Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and product data management (PDM)
  • •3+ years of experience in hardware design and development
  • •Strong knowledge in various manufacturing methods
  • •Experience with standards such as DIN, EN, ISO, AN/AS, LN
  • •Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
  • •Results orientation with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
  • •Resilience and self-motivation
  • •Highly organized and proactive with high attention to detail
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Hands-on hardware production or assembly experience
  • •Experience in launch vehicle design, manufacturing, or assembly techniques for structure and fluid systems
  • •Experience in aerospace hydraulic system component design
  • •Knowledge of fabrication, integration processes, and quality control relative to tubes/piping and machined components
  • •Experience with material properties and surface treatments
  • •Proficiency in German

  • •Design and develop fluid system hardware from concept to manufacturing drawings
  • •Integrate designs into global assemblies
  • •Maintain and improve design and production engineering processes
  • •Prepare detailed product development road maps and maintain timelines
  • •Communicate with stakeholders to ensure efficient product development
  • •Prepare design reviews, risk assessments, and trade-off studies
  • •Implement and maintain engineering change requests
  • •Act as the company focal point for external suppliers
