Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • •Leadership experience in project or matrix setups
  • •Confidence in collaborating with international stakeholders
  • •Excellent communication skills and structured working style
  • •Motivation to guide a team through transformation
  • •Experience with Workday & Greenhouse, Personio & Workable
  • •Fluency in English and German; additional languages welcome

5 - 7 years

Tasks

  • •Lead and develop a team of four Talent Acquisition Managers
  • •Take ownership of the entire talent acquisition lifecycle
  • •Serve as a sparring partner to the leadership team on talent acquisition matters
  • •Act as Talent Acquisition Partner for international hiring managers
  • •Enhance existing recruiting processes, tools, and standards
  • •Be the key stakeholder in integrating the new ATS in H1/2026
  • •Provide strategic insights to improve team professionalism and future-readiness
  • •Ensure an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • •Monitor KPIs and create action plans based on findings
