- Linux machine experience (setup, admin, operation)
- Complex networking infrastructure experience (routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing)
- Telecommunications systems knowledge (4G, 5G, IMS)
- Kubernetes administration hands-on
- Debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark)
- English fluency
- Virtualization and cloud computing understanding
- Signaling standards and protocols knowledge (SIP, Diameter)
- Public cloud experience (AWS, GCP)
Tasks
- Guarantee smooth delivery of solutions
- Design high- and low-level solutions
- Deploy and integrate technical solutions
- Plan and set up lab, test, and production environments
- Install and configure cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes
- Automate technical deployment processes
- Identify ways to speed up deployment processes
- Maintain and monitor current deployments
- Administer and update solutions
- Provide 2nd-level support
- Manage incidents
- Analyze and classify errors
- Coordinate customer requests
- Disseminate client information
- Unlock operational efficiency in deployment
- Optimize support procedures
