- •Support and advise the team on beauty trends
- •Embody the Sephora Attitude in customer interactions
- •Sell products using in-depth product knowledge
- •Establish customer relationships at eye level
- •Share knowledge about products and beauty news
- •Lead, coach, and develop the team for excellent customer experience
- •Onboard new employees and organize training courses
- •Manage daily operations and ensure commercial excellence
- •Act as a role model for the Sephora Attitude
- •Delegate tasks and ensure successful execution
- •Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team
- •Conduct inventories to maintain optimal product availability
- •Oversee the full product handling cycle
- •Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures
- •Maintain daily store cleanliness and organization
- •Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations
- •Support Click & Collect processes when available
- •Ensure compliance with Sephora Audit rules
- •Monitor and manage departmental expenses
- •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
