• •Manage, develop, and coach employees

• •Onboard new hires and organize training

• •Drive monthly and annual sales growth
• •Ensure excellent customer service standards
• •Lead morning briefings and shift handovers
• •Organize beauty classes and weekend animations
• •Update and maintain visual merchandising
• •Ensure sales floor order and cleanliness
• •Analyze key figures to derive sales activities
• •Create daily staff schedules and zoning plans
• •Perform inventories to ensure stock availability
• •Manage merchandise from receipt to storage
• •Handle returns and tester management
• •Oversee store opening and closing procedures
• •Perform cash register closings
• •Report and track maintenance and stock issues
• •Deputize for the Store Manager when needed
• •Ensure operations follow audit rules
