As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the retail experience by driving sales, mentoring the team, and ensuring operational excellence. Your days will involve collaborating with the Store Manager to implement effective processes and maintain the store's visual appeal.

Tasks

• •Drive sales and profitability with the Store Manager
• •Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
• •Assist in implementing and improving retail processes
• •Manage core retail operational procedures like inventory and P&L
• •Report performance metrics and analyze KPIs to enhance store results
• •Ensure the store aligns with brand visual merchandising guidelines
• •Cover for the Store Manager in their absence
