Tasks

  • Advise and support team in makeup, skincare, hair care, and fragrance
  • Live the Sephora Attitude: welcoming, knowledgeable, and closing sales
  • Sell products using in-depth knowledge and building customer relationships
  • Share product, trend, and beauty news with the team
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team for exceptional customer experiences
  • Onboard new employees and organize training sessions
  • Manage the sales floor for smooth daily operations and commercial excellence
  • Act as a role model for the Sephora Attitude and values
  • Delegate tasks and ensure their successful completion
  • Communicate and motivate the team to achieve targets
  • Conduct inventories to ensure optimal product availability
  • Handle the full product cycle: receiving, storing, booking out, managing returns, and testers
  • Oversee store opening and closing, including cash register management
  • Maintain daily store cleanliness, pricing, product refills, and tester orders
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations
  • Support Click & Collect processes if available
  • Run the department according to Sephora Audit rules
  • Monitor and manage department expenses
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year growth
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Enhance staff productivity and engagement
  • Ensure stock availability and efficient replenishment
  • Maintain compliance with operational routines
  • Track turnover against targets
  • Develop the category and control retail key figures
  • Conduct scheduled inventories
