- Provide strategic recommendations to the Store Manager.
- Drive department growth via clienteling.
- Expand the local customer base.
- Support e-commerce development.
- Develop and inspire the sales team.
- Train team in product knowledge and sales.
- Coach on customer service and procedures.
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent.
- Encourage internal development and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising.
- Ensure efficient back-of-house organization.
- Foster and demonstrate product expertise.
- Implement asset protection measures.
