Managing multi-channel paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email for IT infrastructure and security solutions provider. 3-5 years B2B demand generation experience in the IT/software sector, with IT landscape understanding essential. Focus on demand generation for AI-powered IT infrastructure and security solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing (IT, software, technology sector)
- Understanding of IT landscape and technology buyer solution evaluation (IT management, cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS)
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns, lead generation, pipeline contribution
- Practical experience with demand generation channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, content syndication)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of intent data platforms and account-based marketing
- Analytical mindset, campaign data review, optimization identification, clear insight communication
- Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Beneficial experience with agencies or media partners
- Understanding of EMEA markets; plus experience with UK or DACH markets
- Native German speaker, full professional proficiency in English (required)
Tasks
- Coordinate the campaign calendar.
- Track MQL performance across markets.
- Execute paid and owned campaigns.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display channels.
- Manage email and content syndication campaigns.
- Set up campaigns.
- Coordinate landing pages.
- Optimize lead capture forms.
- Align with lead scoring processes.
- Align with sales handoff processes.
- Identify target accounts using intent data platforms.
- Collaborate with internal data teams for campaign targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics team.
- Track CPL, MQL volume, and quality.
- Track pipeline contribution and channel ROI.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and freelancers.
- Ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Ensure campaigns meet performance standards.
- Collaborate with Segment Leads and Campaign Managers.
- Align campaigns with target audiences.
- Align campaigns with commercial priorities.
- Assist with target account lists.
- Set up digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales development teams.
- Perform post-campaign analysis and optimization.
- Identify campaign improvements.
- Apply insights to future campaigns.
