Requirements
- Hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data intelligence
- Focus on scalable data models
- Focus on ETL/ELT processes
- Focus on production-grade data architectures
- Excellent academic background
- Degree in computer science, data science, information systems, statistics, or comparable field
- Practical experience with modern data platforms
- Strong BI and data visualization skills
- Ability to develop dashboards and analyses independently
- Solid understanding of core COO KPIs
- Ability to derive operational metrics from heterogeneous data sources
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP, ITSM, and ticketing systems
- Confidence using AI-driven analytics for pattern detection
- Confidence using AI-driven analytics for anomaly detection
- Confidence using AI-driven analytics for data-driven decision support
Tasks
- Build and operate the analytical data foundation for COO functions
- Model, integrate, and deliver data from raw sources to insights
- Build out the COO data warehouse end-to-end
- Develop data pipelines
- Integrate relevant source systems
- Deliver usable data products
- Link key data signals along the customer journey
- Develop unified KPI logic for core operational metrics
- Design and implement dashboards for support, service delivery, and group IT
- Create clean, consistent data structures for AI and automation
- Use LLMs and AI-driven analytics to detect patterns
- Surface anomalies in data
- Enable natural-language access to operational datasets
- Manage support and ITSM ticketing
- Manage IVR and cases delivery pipeline
- Steer incident and release management
- Steer go-live, rework, and telemetry
- Ensure stable CRM/ERP processes
- Ensure high SLA compliance
