Requirements
- •University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
- •Ability to work effectively in English and knowledge of French
- •Proven experience in a highly operational environment involving Earth observation, meteorological or environmental data
- •Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle, including web technologies, APIs, and programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java
- •Experience with scientific or geospatial data formats, metadata standards, and related tools
- •Practical experience with cloud and metrics gathering tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Panda
- •Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- •Monitor Data Services and Archive systems
- •Coordinate with technical teams
- •Improve efficiency through automation
- •Maintain operational documentation
- •Plan software updates
- •Resolve operational issues
- •Ensure service performance meets specifications
- •Support user requirements specification
- •Assist with format customizations
- •Participate in design reviews
- •Prepare test plans for new systems
- •Coordinate and conduct testing for software releases
- •Ensure operational and user documentation is up-to-date
- •Update and develop monitoring tools
- •Support user communications related to services
- •Monitor and analyze user enquiries from the Helpdesk
- •Categorize issues, complaints, and enhancement requests
- •Report on user feedback according to quality procedures
- •Define and maintain key performance indicators
- •Support effective monitoring and management reporting
- •Coordinate service contracts with Service Level Managers
- •Ensure compliance with service level targets
