Requirements

  • •Law degree or comparable qualification
  • •At least 2-3 years of work experience in data protection/compliance
  • •Extensive knowledge of GDPR, BDSG, Compliance
  • •Excellent business knowledge with awareness of compliance risks
  • •Proficiency in using MS Office
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • •Teamwork skills and openness to exploring new areas
  • •Proficiency in German and English, additional language skills beneficial

  • •Develop and implement data protection and compliance processes
  • •Provide independent legal advice on data protection law
  • •Support the enhancement of the data protection management system
  • •Analyze data protection laws and compliance requirements

  • •Assist in internal investigations and risk assessments
  • •Handle data protection inquiries from employees and authorities
  • •Consult on antitrust issues related to distribution
