- •Expertise in financial risk management, treasury management, cash & liquidity management, and derivative trading
- •Experience in banking/trading environment
- •Experience with SAP
- •Strong advisory skills
- •Ability to present complex financial topics to management and audit bodies
- •Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary project teams
- •Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Tasks
- •Manage group-wide financial risk
- •Develop and implement hedging strategies for currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks
- •Consult independently with group entities on financial risk management
- •Oversee liquidity management and execute trading transactions with banks and group companies
- •Report on risk management activities
- •Support financial planning processes
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in audits
- •Analyze and implement process optimizations in risk management
- •Assist with M&A projects and participate in treasury-related initiatives
