Requirements
- •Technical training (advanced technician or engineer level) in electricity, air conditioning, fire safety, or centralized building management systems
- •Data Center experience in operations or similar environments
- •Knowledge in operating, maintaining, and testing electrical distribution systems and HVAC systems
- •Technical versatility
- •Supervision of Level II, III, and IV maintenance works
- •Reactivation of circuit breakers in low-voltage equipment
- •Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- •Readings and measurements on equipment
- •Good communication skills with third parties and internal customers
- •Proactive approach and capacity to generate new ideas
- •Highly motivated at problem-solving
- •Attention to detail and commitment to following up on actions
- •Good writing skills
- •Everyday use of standard office equipment
- •Proven skills in software such as BMS, CMMS, and MS Project
- •Reliable transportation for emergencies
- •Travel expected to be less than 5% for training
- •Successful completion of a background check
- •English language minimum level B2

Tasks
- •Complete maintenance activities with high quality
- •Ensure infrastructure reliability and service continuity
- •Utilize the Backup Management System for monitoring
- •Collaborate with contractors to draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- •Monitor operations to minimize risks during interventions
- •Participate in crisis management plan implementation and testing
- •Manipulate electrical, mechanical, and security infrastructures as needed
- •Monitor infrastructure equipment capacities and usage demands
- •Anticipate future customer load impacts on infrastructure
- •Conduct infrastructure reinforcement analysis as directed by the Site Manager
- •Assist construction teams during site phases and commissioning
- •Contribute to improving site Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE)
- •Raise awareness of power level increases with energy providers
- •Develop and maintain energy quality indicators
- •Ensure cleanliness standards through appropriate services
- •Manage services and suppliers related to the building's external appearance
- •Ensure proper operation of the site's BMS with IT and Controls departments
- •Support and monitor daily maintenance service providers
- •Update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- •Participate in regular audits to assess service continuity
- •Implement improvement plans based on operational observations
