- Act as the single point of contact for data center physical security topics
- Manage the data center physical security standard
- Oversee the data center physical security checklist for audits
- Collaborate with global physical security operations
- Partner with risk and compliance teams
- Liaise with data center management
- Serve as a trusted advisor on physical security
- Enhance physical security efficiency at data centers
- Engage with compliance and business teams on security requirements
- Write, manage, and enforce security standards and requirements
- Define SLAs, processes, KPIs, and verifications
- Mentor lines of business on data center physical security
- Serve as liaison to executive management
- Provide reports to executive management
- Champion internal goals
- Manage KPIs
- Oversee quality assurance processes
- Manage reporting and remediation with stakeholders
- Define processes and templates with other security managers
- Develop and maintain partner relationships with security teams
- Handle physical security escalations
- Ensure timely processing of escalations
- Provide regular status updates on escalations
- Assess and document physical security risks
- Ensure continuous improvement of physical security
- Support external and internal audits
- Ensure security regulations and compliances are observed
- Build engagement with security and cross-functional teams
- Enhance collaboration with Cloud businesses
- Manage knowledge and quality assurance
- Facilitate organizational learning
- Transfer knowledge across organizational boundaries
