Tasks
- Generate and report insights for the Consumer Bank tribe
- Translate business questions into clear analyses and dashboards
- Define and monitor core Consumer Bank KPIs
- Communicate KPIs on credit performance, customer behavior, activation, and retention
- Surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities proactively
- Support A/B test design and analysis
- Communicate A/B test results to the tribe
- Collaborate with the Analytics Engineer on data models
- Ensure stakeholders can access and trust data independently
