  • •Minimum 5 years in IT/OT continuity or cybersecurity
  • •Proven project management experience
  • •Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • •Excellent communication skills in English
  • •Deep understanding of information technologies
  • •Familiarity with operational technologies (OT)
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • •Stay current with cybersecurity trends

  • •Define and manage Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
  • •Define and manage Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
  • •Design and implement resilience plans for IT and OT.
  • •Lead testing and validation of continuity plans.
  • •Monitor emerging threats and improve recovery capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • •Drive adoption of solutions for enhanced availability.
  • •Educate employees on continuity processes.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert during incidents.
  • •Maintain documentation on planning and performance.
