Tasks

  • Manage corporate customers using Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution
  • Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling
  • Listen to customers and provide feedback to the business
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and conduct quarterly account reviews
  • Negotiate with management to upsell additional Arctic Wolf services
  • Advise customers on future growth using domain and product knowledge
  • Plan and prioritize high-volume activities and customer requests
  • Follow through on customer requests in a timely manner
  • Ask clarifying questions to determine issue sources and impacts
  • Evaluate courses of action to make decisions or recommendations
  • Understand use cases to coach customers to alternative solutions
  • Create and manage automated processes for forecasting at-risk customers
  • Build risk mitigation plans to retain at-risk accounts
