Tasks
- Manage corporate customers using Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution
- Achieve renewal and expansion targets through consultative selling
- Listen to customers and provide feedback to the business
- Ensure customer satisfaction and conduct quarterly account reviews
- Negotiate with management to upsell additional Arctic Wolf services
- Advise customers on future growth using domain and product knowledge
- Plan and prioritize high-volume activities and customer requests
- Follow through on customer requests in a timely manner
- Ask clarifying questions to determine issue sources and impacts
- Evaluate courses of action to make decisions or recommendations
- Understand use cases to coach customers to alternative solutions
- Create and manage automated processes for forecasting at-risk customers
- Build risk mitigation plans to retain at-risk accounts
