Tasks
- Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation
- Act as a trusted advisor to application owners
- Understand customer objectives and challenges
- Liaise with Veeva stakeholders to address customer needs
- Lead meetings to demonstrate success and identify value opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva applications
- Create customer roadmaps based on business goals
- Facilitate customer-to-customer and customer-to-Veeva connections
- Foster collaboration and industry learning
