Customer Success Manager (IT/ENG)(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Solid experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- Proficiency in German (advantageous)
- Comfortable with revenue targets
- Sales-ready ear for expansion opportunities
- Excellent time management
- Ability to pivot quickly
- Familiarity with SPICED or similar methodologies
Tasks
- Manage diverse portfolio of Italian and English customers
- Build strong relationships as primary point of contact
- Monitor customer health using data
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to create revenue pipeline
- Use value-based selling to align business needs with customer goals
- Influence product requirements and roadmap decisions
- Support onboarding and training sessions for Italian customers
- Ensure commercial outcomes from onboarding activities
- Master Shiftmove’s solutions and internal processes
- Shadow sessions across different customer segments
- Lead Italian-language training sessions
- Identify health signals and expansion potential
- Lead webinars for the Italian market
- Manage renewals independently
- Log qualified expansion opportunities in CRM
