Tasks
- Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to application owners
- Understand customer objectives and challenges
- Liaise with Veeva strategy, sales, product, and services stakeholders
- Lead customer meetings to demonstrate success
- Identify additional opportunities to add value
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva applications
- Create customer roadmaps based on business goals
- Facilitate customer-to-customer and customer-to-Veeva connections
