- •Completed commercial vocational training with experience in Customer Service
- •Knowledge of ERP/SAP, CRM systems, and MS Office
- •Basic knowledge of customs regulations and export control
- •Basic knowledge of regulations for the transport of dangerous goods – ADR / IMDG
- •Fluency in German and good command of English
- •Strong communication skills, motivation, resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail

Tasks
- •Process orders and coordinate deliveries using SAP ERP
- •Monitor and track order fulfillment
- •Prepare transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods
- •Understand export procedures and customs documentation
- •Handle customer inquiries and clarify delivery status in German and English
- •Track delivery performance on a monthly basis
- •Record and process complaints and returns in the SAP C4C system
- •Prepare accompanying documents for national and international parcel shipments
- •Participate in projects
