Tasks
- Process customer orders
- Update and track orders in ERP system
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
- Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments
- Support returns and credit notes
- Manage complaint handling
- Maintain customer master data
- Update pricing information
- Keep relevant documentation
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and couriers
- Support inventory checks
- Ensure accurate stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service
