Tasks
- Ensure seamless product supply across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Lead a direct team of two
- Work closely with outsourced Customer Service team
- Collaborate with CBS and outsourced warehouse & distribution providers
- Deliver excellent service levels to customers
- Monitor and optimize DACH CS&L activities
- Manage Direct-to-Vet (HRO) fulfillment
- Manage Direct-to-Consumer (Hill’s Shop) fulfillment
- Improve 'Cost to Serve'
- Identify logistics saving initiatives
- Execute logistics saving initiatives
- Manage the SKU portfolio
- Drive SKU simplification initiatives
- Drive SKU rationalization initiatives
- Lead monthly demand planning process using Kinaxis
- Ensure high forecast accuracy
- Perform root-cause analysis for demand planning
- Drive continuous improvement of Demand Planning results
- Drive collaborative demand planning (CBP)
- Improve service levels through CBP
- Increase accuracy through CBP
- Minimize obsolescence through CBP
- Adopt an 'end-to-end' view of supply chain inventory
- Prevent 'Out of Stocks'
- Partner with Marketing on new product launches
- Partner with Marketing on promotions
- Review and challenge launch volumes and timing
- Act as primary link to CBS teams
- Act as primary link to external service providers
- Ensure seamless data interfaces
- Ensure seamless logistical interfaces
- Collaborate with selected customers on joint demand planning
- Collaborate with selected customers on cost reduction initiatives
- Maintain Master Data
- Secure interface to 3rd party Service providers
- Provide statutory reporting for EPR
- Provide statutory reporting for Itrastat
- Facilitate audits
- Support internal accounting related projects
- Develop technical skills of the CS&L team
- Develop analytical skills of the CS&L team
- Develop cross-functional team working skills of the CS&L team
- Develop customer engagement skills of the CS&L team
