Customer Service Lead EMEA(m/w/x)
Customer service management for global tool manufacturer, overseeing order intake to distribution across EMEA, USA, and Asia. 5+ years B2B customer service experience, SAP BW proficiency required. 30 days vacation, vacation and Christmas bonuses.
Requirements
- Training as Customer Service Teamlead or equivalent commercial education
- Proven experience in customer service management, sales management, or similar
- 5+ years relevant experience in customer service, preferably B2B
- Proficiency in SAP (Business Warehouse) and MS Office (Excel)
- Familiarity with export and customs processes
- Technical understanding of products and services
- Knowledge of OPEX principles and process improvement experience
- Fluent German and English; French language skills advantageous
- Fluency in English and German required; French highly preferred
Tasks
- Serve as primary contact for EMEA, USA, and Asia customers
- Ensure seamless customer experience
- Optimize and align Customer Service processes across sites
- Oversee tasks handled by Shared Services
- Manage logistics from order intake to external distribution
- Provide pricing and lead-time advice
- Analyze backlog and prepare export documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial and logistical goals
- Drive customer satisfaction and business growth
- Support Sales by adopting inside sales perspective
- Report Sales activities to higher management
