Requirements

  • Training as Customer Service Teamlead or equivalent commercial education
  • Proven experience in customer service management, sales management, or similar
  • 5+ years relevant experience in customer service, preferably B2B
  • Proficiency in SAP (Business Warehouse) and MS Office (Excel)
  • Familiarity with export and customs processes
  • Technical understanding of products and services
  • Knowledge of OPEX principles and process improvement experience
  • Fluent German and English; French language skills advantageous
  • Fluency in English and German required; French highly preferred

Tasks

  • Serve as primary contact for EMEA, USA, and Asia customers
  • Ensure seamless customer experience
  • Optimize and align Customer Service processes across sites
  • Oversee tasks handled by Shared Services
  • Manage logistics from order intake to external distribution
  • Provide pricing and lead-time advice
  • Analyze backlog and prepare export documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial and logistical goals
  • Drive customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Support Sales by adopting inside sales perspective
  • Report Sales activities to higher management
